Who We Reach

Our primary target population is limited English-speaking, low-income, under-employed youth, families, and community members looking to understand and access resources and services in Routt County. however, Integrated Community also serves local businesses, medical providers, law enforcement, school teachers, counselors, and non-immigrant community members. The more services we can provide, the less dependent our clients will be on emergency and crisis services, which ultimately results in a more unified, thriving community.
