The mission of the California YouthBuild Coalition (CYBC) is to advocate for increased resources, programs, and public involvement to enhance job training, education, and leadership development opportunities for low-income youth in California leading to their successful transition to employment, life-long learning, and civic engagement to improve communities throughout our state.
