About Us
The International High School at Lafayette is a small, New York City public high school for recent immigrants. Our curriculum is centered around content-based ESL, where language and content are integrated in each class.
Our mission is to guide new learners of English through development of the linguistic, intellectual, cultural and collaborative skills necessary for academic, professional, and personal success.
We use the "Internationals Model," which is based on the extensive experience and success of the International High Schools in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx.
