Project Literacy Pasco

Project literacy connects volunteers in our commmunity with Pasco Elementary School students that need their help. Volunteers will be reading to/with children 1 to 1 or in a small group. Interested volunteers will complete an application, a background check and attend an orientation before being matched with a classroom. Schedules are determined by matching a teacher's request to the volunteer's availability during school hours. Volunteers are asked to commit to 30 minutes per week for the duration of the school year.
