Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Holy Trinity Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 113-bed skilled nursing facility. It features both private and semi-private rooms along with cheerful lounges and an outdoor pavilion. Since its inception in 1994, Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation has operated as a not-for-profit organization under its parent corporation, the Eastern Orthodox Management Corporation (EOMC). As a not-for-profit healthcare facility, our focus is on providing the highest quality of care to our residents without the financial pressures affecting our for-profit counterparts. Holy Trinity is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of 9 members elected from 12 parishes of the Council of Eastern Orthodox Churches of Central Massachusetts (CEOC), 3 members of the clergy, and 3 representatives of the CEOC.

Whether your needs are for short-term or long-term care, our team of nurses, therapists, and ancillary staff provide support to each resident in a safe, secure, and caring setting. Our staff prides themselves on their commitment to each resident’s quality of life and continued enjoyment in all social interactions.
