Citizens for Washington Hill

Citizens for Washington Hill (CWH) was incorporated in 1971 as a community organization of homeowners, tenants, business people, landlords, andrepresentatives of churches and civic organizations. Their goals include the historic preservation of the neighborhood, and the development of community programs and activities to improve the quality of life. People have cited the "spirit" of the neighborhood as their reason for locating here.
