Nobody should be allowed to treat our water like a private sewer. Our waterways are part of what make living in Pennsylvania so great. Unfortunately, more than half of the streams that feed into our waterways have the protection they need due to loopholes in the Clean Water Act. Help PennEnvironment protect the waterways we love from big polluters!Apply online here!
