    Our Mission: The Mentoring Mission empowers high school students in Title 1 schools through hands-on, mentoring-driven learning experiences, preparing them for successful futures. Under the ACCENDE umbrella, we inspire both students and mentors to develop a deep passion for their work and a commitment to excellence.

    About Us

    Since 2012 mentoring Mission has run programming involving Harvard Business case studies mock interviews and now introducing aviation mechanic training starting in the high school. It is the award winner this year for the International Mentoring Association for programming demonstrating societal value. It is also the award winner for the Points of Light scholarship 2024.
