Neighbors Plus

Neighbors Plus, a Christian Community Development Organization, is a non-profit organization partnered with Harderwyk Ministries on the north side of Holland. Our ministries include the following:

~ After-School Recess, a weekly time with our Kids Hope kids in the afternoon and evening.

~ Alternative Suspension Program, working with suspended students at West Ottawa and Holland Public Schools.

~ English as a Second Language, offering classes twice a week for adults wishing to learn to speak and write in English.

~ Great Escape Summer Day Camp, providing a fee based nine-week summer camp for children ages 5-12.

~ Kids Hope, a weekly mentoring ministry, offering mentoring to elementary and middle school students.

~ Middle School Tutoring offers tutoring four days a week at both West Ottawa middle schools.

~ Meet Up & Eat Up, a summer lunch program for children, in collaboration with other Holland-area organizations.

~ Transitional Housing, a ministry set for families working to save for a home of their own.
