URVC - University Retirees Volunteer Center

Our mission is to promote volunteerism to support the University of Minnesota's needs and that of the communities non-profit agencies and educational institutions. Furthermore, it is our belief that retirees will benefit in psychological, physical, intellectual, and social health as volunteers.

The University Retirees Volunteer Center (URVC) is a University of Minnesota unit and is associated with the University of Minnesota Retirees Assoc. We seek volunteer opportunities both within the university and at non-profit agencies and educational institutions in the metropolitan area. We promote these opportunities to our membership representative of the entire community and retirees of the University of Minnesota.
