Ashvattha Learning Communities

At Ashvattha, we are building a movement of 21st century teacher leaders. We believe in “coaching them young”, i.e. support teachers in the early stages of their professional lives to build a strong foundation for their 30 years in the classroom. We create high-quality, high-touch programs consisting of blended trainings, instructional coaching, usable resources and professional learning communities - all customised for young teachers. Currently we work with 14 teachers in government schools across Alwar and Jaipur districts, and are selecting 40 more teachers from July 2024 in collaboration with the Rajasthan govt. In the coming few years, we plan to expand to more districts and states using technology and flexible programming that serves the needs of the educational institution.
