    We provide affordable units to rent or for first time home buyers, using a community land trust to ensure the residence stays affordable in perpetuity.

    About Us

    We are a newly formed community land trust located in Texas Hill Country. In our pilot phase, we are building four units in two counties. We want to see how long it would take us to build or acquire 100 units in the Highland Lakes area and then 1,000 units in Texas Hill Country. We will use as much repurposed / earth-friendly material whether building, acquiring or updating units.
