About Us

NAFI Touchstone is a staff secure treatment facility for adolescent girls between the age of 12 and 18. The young ladies are committed delinquent by DCF and some are committed for abuse and neglect . The length of stay is between 9-12 months but is dependent on youth's treatment progress. Touchstone also offers an independent living program which focuses on skill building to prepare girls that are transitioning into the community.
