About Us

The National MultiCultural Institute (NMCI)is a training and development organization founded in 1983 with the goal of creating a society that is strengthened and empowered by its diversity.

NMCI conducts extensive training and consulting with non-profits, government agencies, corporations, hospitals, professional associations, schools and universities, and international organizations to help them achieve their diversity goals.

We sponsor conferences and workshops on issues relating to diversity and multiculturalism with topics such as:

  • Training of Diversity Trainers
  • Diversity in the Workplace
  • Multicultural Education
  • Cross-Cultural Conflict Resolution
  • Multicultural Issues in Health
  • Working Internationally

NMCI also publishes books and training manuals on multicultural and diversity issues dealing with the workplace, healthcare and mental health.
