The Uganda Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (USPCA) is a fully registered non-profit organization in Uganda since 1998. We are the only non-profit organization in the country whose goal is to promote the welfare of animals. Our mission is to be a voice for animals in Uganda, to promote the humane treatment of all animals, to prevent or suppress cruelty to all animals and to do all lawful acts in order to attain these objectives.
