NTL is a community of members and staff whose purposes are to advance the field of applied behavioral science, eliminate oppression, and foster core values by:
-Training in the theory and practice of group dynamics, organization change, and societal change
-Learning from these experiences
-Sharing the results of the learning, and
-Engaging in inquiry, knowledge building, and the publication of findings
