Reaching Critical Will

Reaching Critical Will (RCW) is an initiative of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. RCW works to increase the accountability and transparency of the United Nations and other international disarmament fora through a quantitative and qualitative increase of civil society participation in these fora. We work to broaden the avenues of communication between civil society groups, the media and the international decision-makers to promote a sustainable program for global nuclear disarmament.
