4Rivers Fresh Foods

Located in Hernando, Mississippi, 4Rivers Fresh Foods is now its own distinct nonprofit organization, previously operated by the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi (www.cfnm.org).

We seek to build a quality local food system in the North Mississippi region, provide better access to nutritional foods, and promote food literacy and nutrition education to the surrounding community.

We actively partner with local farmers to aid in aggregation, distribution and marketing of locally grown food and to provide a consistent reliable supply to food deserts in the region. It is our ultimate goal to create a wholly sustainable food system and economy in North Mississippi.
