About Us
The State PIRGs' Community Voters Project works to increase participation in the democratic process by running voter registration drives. The project brings democracy to the streets by talking to people face to face, registering one person to vote at a time. Over the summer of 2004, we plan to register 150,000 people in underrepresented and low income communities.
