    THURSTON COUNTY VOLUNTEER CASA PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Thurston County Volunteer CASA/GAL Program is to provide trained volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocates/Guardians ad Litem to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in dependency court proceedings. The Program is committed to providing an independent voice in court for every abused and neglected child to expedite timely and appropriate planning and intervention for permanent placement.

    Thurston County CASA Program is a child advocacy program administered by Thurston County Unified Family and Juvenile Court. Our program recruits, trains and provides volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children who are involved in dependency actions in Thurston County.
