    Willamette Animal Guild (WAG) is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to reduce animal suffering through offering financially accessible spay/neuter dog and cat surgeries for Lane County residents, local animal rescues and feral cat caregivers.

    About Us

    Willamette Animal Guild (WAG) was created in 2006 to address significant pet overpopulation in Lane County that resulted in an average of 8 animals a day euthanized per day locally at the County's shelter. WAG opened it's low-cost, high-quality, high-volume shelter in 2008, and has completed over 83,000 spay/neuter surgeries since inception.
