  • About Us

Leadership Snohomish County (LSC) was established in 1998 through a unique collaboration between the Chamber and United Way of Snohomish County, Each year LSC selects up to 60 promising leaders to participate in the nine-month Signature Class program and up to 20 in our Young Professional Program. Preparing, challenging and engaging all participants through civic and servant leadership development takes place for the benefit of both the individual and Snohomish County.

Leadership Snohomish County is a proud advocate for social justice and equity. LSC seeks to hire employees who share our values and demonstrate their beliefs through community involvement.
