    Little Seeds Matter is a public 501c3 Non-profit Organization, established in 2019 with a mission to provide health education and resources to under-resourced populations in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, focusing on early intervention, prevention, and management of obesity, diabetes, and related health issues through community programs and outreach efforts. Our purpose is to forge partnerships that support health and wellness programs and provide nurturing healthy learning environments to enhance the overall health and well-being of Inland Empire communities. Our goals include creating various platforms offering accessible nutrition, physical fitness, and social-emotional programs, activities, and resources for young children and their families.

    About Us

    Little Seeds Matter (LSM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in July of 2019, which oversees the operations and programs created and facilitated by the My Healthy Reader (MHR) organization, an extension of LSM. Together, both LSM and MHR provide access to quality innovative programs and resources for young children and families of underserved communities that focus on Nutrition, Physical Education, and behavior, to address matters related to obesity, diabetes and related healthy illnesses, bullying and related issues such depression and suicide.
