About Us
What happens when people reach out to help their enemies? Sudan Sunrise began in 2004 with South Sudanese crossing religious divides to take aid Darfurians. We built a school in South Sudan with each block made by a Christian and Muslim working together. We have facilitated reconciliation meetings, and grassroots efforts of taking relief to rival tribes. People at the grassroots have the vision to make things better, and we partner with them to make their dreams reality.
