    Earth Child Institute (ECI) is committed to development and facilitation of innovative environmental education strategies and policy tools which engage with and empower children and young people. Through partnerships and networking with other groups, large and small, ECI is able to reach more children in more areas across the globe. ECI believes that any action taken to protect and restore the environment will benefit today's children and future generations, which is why we are 'empowering today for a sustainable tomorrow'. Programs and policy tools are designed with four key goals in mind: 1) Individual Empowerment and Personal Accountability, 2) Community Values and Rights-based Social Action Planetary Stewardship, 3) Global Interconnectedness, and 4) Commitment to advocacy for children as key stakeholders in emerging environmental policies.
