Umpqua Training & Employment, (UT&E) provides a range of services to those seeking skills and jobs, and to employers looking for productive employees. For the most part, these services are provided free of charge. There are some job seeker services, however, for which certain eligibility requirements may apply (long-term occupational training, for example), and some services to employers which might require a fee.
