We strive to provide an environment of discipline, harmony and unity where people of all ages, races, religions & abilities may cultivate themselves and be educated in Martial Arts, Buddhism, Asian culture and Eastern Philosophies. We provide classes in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Iron Fist Boxing, Buddhist Chanting & Practice, Buddhism for kids & Vegetarian Cooking. Through our classes and Instructors we strive to provide the tools to create self awareness, self-cultivation, good health, mental flexibility, patience and community harmony.
