About Us
The AmeriCorps Housing Support Partnership (AHSP) is a new national service program administered by Redwood Community Action Agency.
The Mission of the AHSP program is to assist individuals and families in our community to transition into and sustain permanent housing. This is done through relationship based long-term intensive case management and by linking clients to community resources, employment and community engagement. AHSP members serve in close collaboration with a variety of agencies throughout Humboldt County to learn how to best support their clients throughout their service term.
