Cabrini Ministry Training

Cabrini Ministry Training is a highly acclaimed formation program which provides a strong foundation for lay pastoral ministers in faith communities throughout Western Washington. Talented teachers provide 65 hours of transformative pastoral skills training and spiritual formation to fulfill the goal of forming competent and confident ministers. Graduates are able to respond to the pastoral care needs with compassion, understanding and the healing presence of Christ.

Responding to the desire to serve God's people, students of Cabrini Ministry Training come from every ethinic background and Christian tradition to be formed so they are able to respond to those in need in parishes, hopitals, hospices, jails, halfway houses and more. Led by the Holy Spirit, Cabrini formed ministers who have graduated from the program continue to support and encourage each other in their ministry through ongoing faith development and faith sharing, thus continuing to hone the skills necessary to be a compassionate presence to those in need.
