    The Hawaii Bicycling League (HBL), a 501(c)(3) non-profit incorporated in 1975, is the largest cycling organization in Hawai'i. We hold 3 major cycling events on Oahu and teach both adults and children how to ride safely. HBL is membership, grant, and event funded.
