Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach

The mission of Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach is to visit women and men in prison and journey with them as they re-enter the community. We do so through a comprehensive continuum of services: from jail and prison groups to our residential programs at Jennifer and Nielsen Houses and onward to our permanent housing programs in the Rochester community, we provide a safe haven and way forward for individuals that are formerly incarcerated and homeless. Much of the population we serve are in recovery from substance use and have a wide array of adverse life experiences; we empower them to heal and rebuild their lives.
