Healthy children being raised by knowledgeable, supportive adults in caring communities are a fundamental need of our state. Future generations depend upon this precious and valuable resource. Children's lives that are diminished by child abuse and neglect are a tragic injustice to our society.
It is the mission of the Children's Trust Fund of Oregon Foundation to foster safe, healthy child development and strong family functioning by ending the harm of child abuse and neglect to Oregon's children. The Foundation fulfills this mission by the funding of effective, primary prevention programs in local communities throughout the state of Oregon.
