Although TBTLA has been around for several years, we have revamped our board and mission last year after COVID. We have offered a Fireside chat on 'Generative AI' with industry leaders and have put together a podcast series 'Discover IT' on a monthly basis that focuses on I.T industries and real life stories, perspectives and advice offered by technology leaders. These services offer the public practical advice and industry knowledge, ultimately assisting in the progression of their careers and professional aspirations. And, we are collaborating with schools such as 'Chi-Chi Rodriguez Academy' to expose the middle school children to technology so they understand the possibilities of technology and trigger their interests. Our goal is to continue programs for adults and students and provide mentorship so they reach their career goals.
