The Association of Community Human Service Agencies (ACHSA) is a nonprofit association that represents 87 nonprofit child welfare, juvenile justice, and community mental health agencies throughout Los Angeles County and interfaces with the County Departments of Children and Family Services, Mental Health, and Probation. ACHSA elevates the collective voice of service providers to advance the health and well-being of individuals and communities through policy, advocacy, and support.
