Prova Society exists to address the root causes of development crises stemming from deprivation, exclusion, and inequality. Our mission is to create an enabling environment where vulnerable and marginalized communities can realize their full potential. We are committed to enhancing local capacities and fostering sustainable empowerment through inclusive education, livelihood development, health and nutrition, climate resilience, and rights-based advocacy. By actively engaging communities in planning, implementation, and monitoring processes, we aim to ensure equitable access to resources, strengthen resilience, and promote long-term development solutions that leave no one behind.

PROVA SOCIETY is a non-profit, Non-Political and Non-Governmental Voluntary Organization. Initially, the organization started its works in the name of Progressive Rural Organization for Voluntary Activities (PROVA). In the year 2007, the organization has changed its name as PROVA SOCIETY. Since its inception in 1991, the organization has been working in the field of health, water & sanitation, environmental development, agriculture, education, human rights and other income generating activities for the upliftment of socioeconomic status of underprivileged and disadvantaged people of urban & rural areas. PROVA SOCIETY started to work in the social development with a handful potential men and women committed to the causes of development of distressed people, particularly of landless men, women and children and disabled. It is a project oriented implementing organization managed by devoted & energetic professional staffs & workers for attaining sustainable development for the target group.
