Central City Neighborhood Partners is a network of more than 20 community-based organizations, businesses, educational and governmental agencies working together to create sustainable change to ensure our families become self-sufficient.

MISSION: To foster economic development and create systemic change by developing collaborative partnerships and linking resources to improve the health and economic outcomes for children, families and communities.

VISION: All Central City, Westlake and Pico-Union children are healthy, ready to succeed in schools and have stable and economically self-sufficient families living in strong communities.
