About Us

Founded in 2003, Sister Communities fosters relationships amongst the diverse communities in the Puget Sound region. We strive to connect people across the borders, both real and imagined, that separate communities from one another.

Inaugurated in August 2003, All Nations Cup is the first major project of Sister Communities. The event celebrates the global Puget Sound community through a soccer tournament played by locally-based amateur teams representing their home countries. Twelve teams participated in the first All Nations Cup tournament in 2003. By 2006 the All Nations Cup will have grown to a 37-team, two-week international festival with music, dance, food and activities for the whole family.

Through the All Nations Cup tournament Sister Communities strengthens leadership, fosters cultural expression, and creates connection among communities.
