Services:

Information & Resources - We offer various levels of information on multiple topics related to our mission which can be found on our website.

Support/Educational Groups & Workshops - We offer groups for survivors of abuse and sexual trauma with eating disorders and other struggled due to trauma. These groups are open to anyone in the world. Our weekly support groups are free.

Trauma Recovery Intensive Support Program - This is a group that meets 3 times a week for 2 hours a day. It focuses on education, support, coping skills and uses creative arts. This is open to adult survivors in any location. This program has a fee.
