    Zero Waste Capital District aims to improve waste reduction tactics employed by residents and vendors within the Capital District (Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady counties and beyond) as well as waste reduction policies by state and local governments.

    About Us

    Zero Waste Capital District is a non-profit and coalition of organizations in New York State's Capital Region (Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady counties and beyond) that are focused on education and outreach about the importance of reducing waste. The coalition meets every 4th Monday (except for December) over zoom at 6:30PM to approximately 7:30PM.
