    Our mission is to increase awareness of the poor living conditions and primary necessities of orphan, abandoned, victims of violence children and sick and abandoned elderly in the communities around Agua de Dios, Colombia.

    About Us

    Extending a Hand Foundation is a D.B.A. of " Fundacion Una Mano Amiga " to help and support the nuns from "Instituto de los Sagrados Corazones de Jesus y Maria " , a nonprofit organization that has two orphanages with abandoned children, victims of violence, children in absolute poverty and orphans , one community school with children in need (around 300 kids) and a nursery home for abandoned seniors (8 and very sick patients(80 elders) in Agua de Dios , Colombia. Our mission started since 1998.
