About Us
The Maternal World Health Organization (MWHO) was born from a simple conviction: motherhood takes a village , and far too many mothers are stranded without one.We believe that every mother walks a different journey and in our commitment to inclusivity, we serve a broad spectrum of women. This includes those navigating reentry, grief, housing and food insecurity, and emotional overwhelm. Every mother we serve embodies remarkable resilience and carries hidden needs. They seek not just immediate relief but pathways to long-term healing, stability, and self-sufficiency. Our resources are designed to honor their diverse identities, build trust, and empower each woman to define her own journey toward wellness and generational transformation.
Maternal World Health is more than an organization-we are the missing infrastructure in maternal care. We are revolutionizing a system that has failed too many and building a new one designed with mothers at the center and not the margins. At a time when public systems are retracting and too many mothers are falling through the cracks, MWHO rises as a timely, scalable solution-rooted in empathy, driven by lived experience, and powered by community.
