    The Delaware Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a private non-profit organization incorporated in 1873. The goals of the Society are to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the State of Delaware, to support and maintain humane education by all appropriate means, to enforce all laws enacted for the protection of all animals, to provide care to all animals that come into the custody of the Society, and to maintain an aggressive and compassionate program of animal neutering.
