True North Health Center

True North is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) health care practice and research organization. Our mission is to change health care and inspire individuals to live healthier lives through integrative care, education and research. We integrate state-of-the-art medical care with proven complementary therapies in a patient-centered environment that allows ample time for trust to develop and to address the root causes of an issue, not just the symptoms.

Our on-site practitioners offer services that range from family medicine and cutting edge chronic disease management to massage therapy. Our highly credentialled affiliate practitioners offer a range of services from personal fitness training to psychotherapy in satellite locations around the greater Portland area. We also offer a community wellness Learn Over Lunch education program to local schools, businesses, municipalities and hospitals.
