OPERATION OPEN ARMS INC

The mission of Operation Open Arms is to improve the lives of children with incarcerated parents by providing a loving, nurturing and stable home environment while coordinating essential services for parents.

Operation Open Arms is a private foster care and adoption agency serving children and families in our community, with a focus on children whose parents are incarcerated. We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and are nationally accredited through the Council of Accreditation. Programs include incarceration support, recovery support and a kids clothes closet (beds, cribs, car seats, clothing and essentials). Services are voluntary. Our goal is to preserve and create families.
