Wellesley Hills Congregational Church

The Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, is a dynamic and joyful 1,000 member congregation of the United Church of Christ. Since our inception in 1847 we have praised God with beautiful music in a loving community. Our members are committed to supporting one another, to engaging the world and to living out a thinking faith, diving into the Christian tradition even as we ask hard questions of it. Our church is governed according to congregational polity, a decentralized system that affords all of our members decision-making authority. Our membership comes from a wide variety of religious traditions. We are in the process of completing a year-long visioning process, have a new team of four ministers and look forward with great hope to helping God write the next chapter in the life of our great church.
