    The Community Group Inc empowers young people ages 12–24 in Baltimore City with the confidence, skills, and opportunities to thrive through mentorship, life-skills training, and career development.

    Since 2019, we have supported 141 unserved youth with job readiness tools, hands-on work experience, and transition support into employment. We are committed to building equitable career pathways and long-term economic stability for Baltimore’s next generation of leaders.
