About Us
Essential Partners equips individuals and communities with skills for relationship that keep us connected while honoring our differences. We design courageous conversations on the issues that matter most, and yet many people feel ill-equipped to engage. We train facilitators and leaders to apply our model across a range of challenges and settings. We work with our partners in their contexts - a college campus, faith community, or civic group - to build communities that find strength, richness, and new possibilities in their differences.
