WASHINGTON STATE SAR PLANNING UNIT

Our organization is made up of people who have extensive experience in search and rescue in WA State. Our members bring their significant knowledge of search planning to assist local search and rescue organizations to utilize state of the art search planning methodology. Our volunteers are able to rapidly develop remote search plans that have been used by two of the National Parks in the state, as well as provide on site search planning capabilities to requesting counties. Our members have provided services to some of the largest searches in WA State history.
