About Us
The mission of the Faculty Diversity Search is to increase diversity on the faculty and administration of New York City's independent schools. FDS works with 30 NYC independent schools and places 30-40 candidates per year. FDS seeks outstanding educators of color and other under-represented minorities who demonstrate excellence and promise as independent school educators.
