    About Us

    Peace of Heart Community (POHC) is a non-profit, reverse inclusion community, that was founded to create meaningful life opportunities for persons with autism. POHC has 3 primary outreaches: our residential group home for young adults with autism (Peace of Heart Home/ POHH), our community raised bed gardens program (Peace of Heart Farm/ POHF), and our art program (Peace of Heart Art/ POHA).
